Visit the city of Orléans and learn it's history and present day status.
DAY 8: - PARIS - WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22
Breakfast with your host family.
At the Gare Orleans Centre – say a fond Merci et Au Revoir to your new French family!
While in Paris travel as the locals do, by foot and metro!
Transfer to your hotel by foot or using public transportation.
Drop off your luggage; the rooms will be ready for check-in later in the day.
11:00 Enter the Cathédrale Notre Dame de Paris - See the interior, including the famous Rose window, the statue of Joan of Arc and Great Organ with 8000 pipes!

15:00 Visit the magnificent Musée d'Orsay, formerly a train station, and now a museum devoted mainly to impressionist and modernists movements. Guided or audio guides, based on availability.
17:30 Head to Montmartre, La Butte, as it is known locally
Take a look at the amazing mosaics on the interior of Sacré-Coeur Basilica
Admire the famous Moulin de la Galette
20:00 Have dinner at Restaurant La Cremaillere located on the famous Place de Tertres. They often have typical French music for you to sing along with!
DAY 9: - PARIS - THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23
Breakfast at the hotel
Discover Musée Louvre and just some of its wonderful masterpieces including Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa as well as the striking glass pyramid in front of the museum. Guided or audio guides, based on availability.
Visit Boulangerie Patisserie du Grand Richelieu to see how they make French croissants (includes a tasting!)
At the Arc de Triomphe - l’Étoile, see the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier & Eternal Flame.
Stroll on the Champs-Elysées with some free time to explore the boutiques!

19:30 Cruise the River Seine on a bateau mouche
